“Yoga for Sportspeople”
Taught at the Hardcore Fitness gym on Gaerwen Industrial Estate (Unit 31).
The class is on Tuesday evenings between 7-8pm.
Yoga class open to all abilities.
Work your core, stretch deeply and expand your breath capacity. Yoga is a good complement to the rest of your training, enabling you to work your muscles and explore strength in a different way.
Local yoga teacher Claire Mace has trained with top yogis from London and the USA.
Bring a Yoga mat if you have one (there are a few at the gym ) and a large blanket. Wear warm clothes you are comfortable to stretch in.
Price is £4 per session – just pay on the door. Classes run up to and including July 18th, then restart from September 5th.
