Taught at the former St Mary’s Church in Tremadog, this class focuses on working out to release tension then winding down and letting go through a combination of simple stretches and breathing. Suitable for beginners and improvers.
This class is on Wednesday evenings between 7.30pm-9pm.
Both static and flowing poses help you to find strength, balance and flexibility within your body. Leave feeling calmer and more energised, ready to meet the challenges of your day.
Teacher Claire Mace is calm and clear and has trained with top teachers at Triyoga, Europe’s largest yoga studio, and with internationally respected US yogini Ana Forrest.
Each week classes have a different theme, working to release different parts of the body.
Please bring a mat with you and a large towel or blanket.
Classes will run up from 26th April – 5th July (no class on 31st May due to half term). The price to ‘drop in’ is £6.50 per class.
