Massage can also help with recovery after injury, helping to free up areas still holding on to physical or emotional tension.

Treatments are tailored to your requirements, focusing either on problem areas or giving an overall sense of relaxation.

Claire is trained in swedish massage, aromatherapy, deep tissue massage and myofascial massage and we will work with whichever of those techniques are appropriate to your situation.

Treatments of 30 mins, 60 mins or 90 mins are available.

I can also do 15 minute seated chair-based massages suitable for in-office treatments, parties or events.
