It’s so important to stay grounded as the Summer gets busy.
Because even though the evenings are long, and there is lots going on, it’s easy to get to get out of balance.
It’s so important to take some time for yourself and meeting your needs: stillness as well as movement; expansion as well as contraction; slowness as well as speed.
That’s why my “Energising Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop” workshop is all about exploring the tension of opposites within your body.
We’ll be at the lovely Henbant Permaculture farm, a delightful site with meadows, pasture, woodland, lakes, fairies and stunning views of the sea and the mountains.
Henbant produce super-healthy regenerative produce: veg, fruit, beef and eggs, available from their farm shop.
This yoga workshop is happening Saturday 17th June 10am-midday.
We’ll be practicing outside if the weather is nice, or if it’s rainy we’ll be in an open-sided barn. Bring some picnic food to share after the session.
Expect a range of yoga practices to energise your whole body through movement and stillness.
This workshop is suitable for beginners, improvers, and anyone who fancies some yoga in the fresh air!
You can join my “Energising Summer Solstice Yoga Workshop” at Henbant Farm near Clynnog Fawr LL54 5DF – or online via the magic of Zoom from whatever indoor or outdoor space you’d like to practice in.
