2023 is just around the corner.
Whether you are looking forward to it with excitement or with dread.
It is a certainty that time rolls forward.
Though as we enter the “difficult quarter”, it’s still wintry, cold and dark.
Which is why it’s so important to do the small things that help.
For the small choices can make a massive difference to how you navigate the dark months.

More on-demand videos for the Virtual Yoga Vault
If you do want to practice with me regularly, or access the Vault, my yoga offerings are available via a new “Inspiratrix Yoga” monthly membership.
The price for joining me as a virtual-only member is ridiculously cheap, only £19 a month.
Joining the membership supports you in committing to a regular practice in order to improve your physical and mental health through yoga.
It’s not so suitable if you’re after super-advanced yoga, my classes are designed to be safe and accessible for beginners and improvers.
Sign up now and your membership payment won’t renew until the 1st February.
I’ve created a special bonus for anyone who opts into the new membership early.
You’ll get to join my New Year’s Virtual Mini-Retreat on the 31st December and 1st January. It features short yoga practices and journalling exercises to help you connect deeply to your body and your wisdom, to release old patterns, and bring in fresh energy.
Join the sessions live on Zoom at 7am-8am GMT on Saturday 30th December and Sunday 1st January. Or participate via the recording which you’ll have access to shortly after.
All best wishes as we move forward into the New Year!!
