As I look back over the last 12 years of my life, I recognise there were “windows of opportunity”.
Moments when I could see a possible action.
Move house. Take a course. Try something new.
BUT there was always a perceived risk associated with that decision.
Like… what if it doesn’t work out? What if I regret not saving money in case I lose my job, or need it to pay my winter bills?
And it was never certain exactly what was through the window.
What would it be like? Would I cope? Am I too old for this? Would it be hard? Would I fit in?
But those windows I jumped through enabled me to learn new things, and to create new opportunities in life.
If I hadn’t taken those risks, I would have stayed in an unfulfilling relationship, in a stressful job, in a crowded city, and would never have become confident enough to make different choices.
The window of opportunity is now open for you to join the Inspiratrix Yoga Teacher Training programme in September.
There’ll be regular Tuesday evening sessions, plus intense four-day modules in April, June, August and October.
We begin in September: ACCREDITED: 200-hour course recognised by Yoga Alliance Professionals COVID-PROOF: this training will run, and you will be able to complete it, whether you are present in-person or online SUPPORTIVE: mentoring, feedback and encouragement from Claire, including personal tutorials GET THE KNOWLEDGE: with Yoga Philosophy specialist Craig Nadashakti Norris and Anatomy geek Adrian Kingsley-Hughes
I am only taking on 12 people for my Yoga training programme.
I’m choosing to limit the number of participants because I don’t want this to be an impersonal online course with hundreds of other participants, where no one cares if you pass or fail.
In this programme you get individual support from me and my co-teachers.
So you can become a confident, authentic and inclusive yoga teacher in under 8 months, whether you are teaching in-person or online.
