Pregnancy Yoga Workshop various dates


Two and a half hour yoga workshop with Claire Mace focussing on breathing techniques and postures that are helpful while you are pregnant and in preparing for birth.  Select the date you’d like to attend.


In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop we will work with yoga postures and breathing techniques that can be supportive both for your experience of pregnancy and during the birthing process.  We will explore tools from a wide range of yoga practices including Womb Yoga, Forrest Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

This workshop is suitable for pregnant women whether you have done yoga before or not.

Please bring the following with you:

  • A yoga mat (if you have one)
  • A large towel
  • A large blanket
  • Water bottle

We will be working in my home yoga studio space in Llanfachraeth.
