“Shoulder Release” Yoga Class

Join Claire in an ​hour’s class​ to help you let of shoulder tension.

This is an intermediate yoga class with Claire Mace.

Use your breath and this sequence of postures to help feel and release any tension you may be carrying around your shoulders.

You will need a yoga mat (or a blanket).

You might need a cushion or block to sit on.

Make sure you are practicing in a suitable environment with space around you to move.
