Simple Solstice Yoga Class to Help you Feel Calmer Inside

This is a 40 minute class with Claire Mace featuring a gentle sequence to help you feel more centred, more mobile and more calm.

You will need a yoga mat (or a blanket). If you have access to a wall that would be helpful.

Listen to your body’s needs: do this session in a way that feels good to you and give yourself permission to modify or skip anything that’s not appropriate for you today.

Make sure you are practicing in a suitable environment with space around you to move.
