Rest assured, we are still here with yoga to help you de-stress, manage anxiety, and build the strength, balance and flexibility to meet these peculiar times.
I have taken my 10 years and 5,000 hours of in-real-life teaching experience and applied it to creating online classes to support your physical and mental wellbeing.And to mentoring other teachers in being able to teach online too!

Whilst we’re in lockdown in Wales, all the Inspiratrix Yoga weekly classes are live-streams on Zoom.
When we are permitted to do so we will bring back the in-person.
Options for people near to Aberffraw, Valley, Holyhead, and Bodedern!
But we’ll keep doing the live-streams too!
