1. You love what yoga does for you:- the improvements in flexibility and strength, the moments of calm and emotional ease, and the growing self-acceptance and confidence within yourself.
2. You enjoy working with people:- you’re curious about humans, especially the mysterious interaction between mind, body and spirit, and you’re fascinated by the healing power of the breath.
3. You want a different way of making a living:- whether you are looking for a total career change or to create yourself a new part time job.
I got into yoga because it felt good, helping to heal my back pain and manage my emotional stress.
I actually had NO INTENTION of ever teaching yoga classes when I signed up to a Yoga Teacher Training programme back in 2010.
But I discovered I enjoyed teaching, working with people, and earning a living in a way that didn’t involve sitting behind a desk.
Ten years later, I am now an expert in creating accessible classes that get people out of pain and feeling stronger and more flexible, and I’m mentoring would-be yoga teachers in doing the same.
The next chance to join my 200 hour Inspiratrix Yoga Teacher training programme is in September.
