I teach either dynamic, heat-generating Forrest Yoga or gentle Hatha Yoga. In my classes and lesson I work to address individual needs in a way that is fun, alignment-aware and safety conscious.
My teaching is fun, alignment-focussed and safety-aware. I believe that yoga is for everyone. No matter what your age, weight or flexibility, there’s always a way to work gently and safely with your body to find more space within and release stress and tension. Yoga can be a great, targetted tool for unwinding the stresses and imbalances of our modern age.
